Nick is a gold medal athlete, an MBA grad and high-performance coach. He is also a published author and entrepreneur. He was inducted into Wrestling Canada’s Hall of Fame. These would be extraordinary achievements for anyone – in Nick’s case, he had the added challenge of growing up in foster care and not making his university team the first year.
Nick is the founder of UGO High Performance, an international coaching and training company dedicated to developing high performing leaders, organizations, and teams. He works with CEO’s, leadership teams, Olympians, and world champions to take their performance to the next level. He is a certified executive coach and holds a BSc from Brock University and an MBA from Royal Roads University. As a coach, Nick has produced world champions in the Mixed Martial Arts and combat sports, as well as an Olympian and Commonwealth Games gold medalist in wrestling and a One Championship heavyweight mma world champion.
