He was a two-sport athlete in high school in rugby and wrestling. He played college ball at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay Ontario & Men’s League for the Brantford Harlequins.
Jason wrestled competitively up to the end of Espoir (now junior). After that became a coach and a referee. He is currently a United World Wrestling category 1 referee and contributes to the sport at continental & world championships, Olympic qualifiers, ranking series & World Cups.
He’s been to 42 country’s or islands, and only one continent remains to descend upon. Australia is calling with a return to the family roots in the future.
