Book Launching Royal

Hey All!

I hope summer has been good to you and your loved ones. I am excited to launch my next work of art.

Royal is a novella (38.5k word count) about a man affected by time. As a long-haul trucker with some deep-rooted conservative values, he struggles with anger at the way the world has gone. A rigid but principled man, Royal runs on anger deep inside his heart. He once punched a punk kid square in the face for calling him a luddite. Damn straight one shouldn’t speak to one’s elders with disrespect. The future has brought technological changes (many would argue dystopic changes) that Royal just can’t seem to wrap his head around. All this has built over the years as you will see in the story. In an intense and terrifying climax, Royal faces the worst thing a guy like him could experience. Will he survive or will his anger corrode what’s little left of his struggling but good heart.

The book launch is on October 28th at 4pm (EST). That’s a Saturday afternoon. Hope to see you there! At my last book launch for The Last Northmen a guy (didn’t show his face) named ‘Freddie’ showed and took delight in drawing d*ck pics on the screen. While this was highly amusing in some ways, I’ll do my best to manage any other ‘guys like Freddie’ that seem to delight in ruining sh*t. This said all are welcome!

I’ve also gone and made all my stories 0.99 on Amazon and free on Kobo. If you can stomach a little horror check out The Swim, The Cave and Blood Mist. If you’re looking for some romantic comedy check out Sometimes You Just Can’t Trust the Numbers. If you’re looking for a Viking novel mixed with some supranatural elements check out The Last Northmen. All these titles are also on audiobook (can’t reduce the price for these unfortunately). And finally if you want to read Royal’s story, it’s now live! If you want to listen to it, the audiobook will be out in October.

All titles can be found here: www.lighterthanpapers.com

Reviews of any of my writing would be very much appreciated!

Thanks for reading always,

Kevin
