Jesse majored in both psychology and business administration, has an MBA in corporate strategy, and trained in software design, development and architecture.
He has worked as an engineer with a team of scientists responsible for designing and building communications systems for the International Space Station, and as a management consultant helping leaders achieve greater impact on the individual, team and organizational levels.
Jesse has been designing and delivering developmental leadership programs for 16 years. He worked for Pacific Integral as faculty for the Generating Transformative Change program, was a founding member of Meta Integral‘s Embodied Practitioner Certification program, and has been teaching in Coach Institute’s coach training program for the last 13 years.
Jesse has a broad inter-cultural background with professional engagements in Brazil, Germany, The United States of America, Russia, Australia, Korea, Netherlands, Canada, Ethiopia, Estonia, South Africa, Armenia & more.
Jesse and I were varsity wrestling teammates in the 1990’s at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.
