I met Devon years ago as a young and hungry heavyweight wrestler in high school. I was fresh out of my varsity wrestling journey and we were sparring partners at the National Capital Wrestling Club in Ottawa, Ontario. It was a pleasure to train with him. I have watched his life from afar and it’s one that has lots of ups and downs. Ultimately, the triumph of the human spirit burns well in him.
